Homemade Moisturizing Astringent

I was in the kitchen experimenting again and came up with a quick and simple moisturizing astringent. It's cool, refreshing, and moisturizing.

You will need:

2 oz. Bottle w/ spout
1 oz. Witch Hazel
Distilled Water
Aloe Vera Gel
Veg. Glycerin
Couple of Drops of Fragrance or Essential Oil for scent. ( I used fragrance oil -Jade)

Shake and ready to use. You can also use a couple of drops of Peppermint Essential Oil to make it even more refreshing. Hope you enjoy!

My Natural Deodrant!!!

Now, I had been thinking for a couple of weeks now about making my on natural deodorant. And to tell you the truth I can't even remember the reasons why, but finally I did it. And so far so good.

The ingredients used:

  • 1/4 Cup Constarch
  • 1/4 Cup Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tsp Witch Hazel
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1 Tsp Lavender Vanilla Fragrance Oil
Like I said earlier, so far so good. No ordors, no itching. But one thing I forgot to add and that was the Tea Tree Essential Oil as an antibacterial. I will make sure to add it the next time around. So far I really like this and I don't have to worry about putting harmful aluminums and whatever else in my body. Hope this helps someone.

Peace & Blessings!
